Saints win second straight

The New Orleans Saints continued their winning ways Sunday with a 22-16 win over the Atlanta Falcons. The win improves the Saints to 2-4 on the season, and drops Atlanta to 1-6.

The Saints trailed 13-7 at half, but a Pierre Thomas run made it 14-13, then the Falcons kicked a fieldgoal to lead by 2, but then our boy Reggie Bush caught a 4 yard touchdown, and ran in the two point conversion to put the Saints up 22-16, and the “D” held, to win the game.

Quarterback Drew Brees went 22 of 34 for 219 yards, and threw for 2 touchdowns, while throwing an interception. Reggie ran 17 times for 54 yards, while 9 was his longest. He also caught 5 passes for 19 yards, and a touchdown catch.

Good win for Reggie and the Saints!!
